Who I am

I’m Justin — I help mid-career marketing professionals who feel a lack of confidence, burnt out, or stuck in a role with little growth take control of their careers and cross the bridge to a more fulfilling, higher-paying career with support every step of the way.

From Intern to Director, I have seen a lot. With over 20+ years of experience leading and executing marketing strategies at organizations such as Deloitte, ADT, Ancestry, Telus, and other international brands, I bring the same depth of marketing leadership blended with real-authentic empathy to career coaching. I work mainly with mid-senior level marketing/creative professionals navigate that tough middle ground: not junior, but not yet in the role (or company) they truly want.

I’ve been where you are — leading marketing strategies and teams, driving transformation, and still questioning what’s next. That’s why my coaching is built for marketers who feel stuck, undervalued, or ready for a bigger challenge.
